If you plan to publish work that includes data from Strava Metro, please allow up to 30 days for review. This requirement is part of our Terms of Use and ensures that publications follow Strava’s privacy and attribution guidelines.
Reports, presentations, and other materials that include Metro data should be submitted for review before they are shared outside your organization. When submitting your work, please attach an English copy of the publication so our team can review it. We look for proper attribution, such as a simple statement noting that the analysis uses aggregated and de-identified data from Strava Metro, and we also check that Metro data use is in line with our Terms.
You can submit your publication using the Help button in Metroview, the Help Center’s contact form (choose the “Publication for Review” option), or by emailing support@stravametro.zendesk.com with the file attached.
