Are you trying to verify your email address and have not received an email yet? Is your Strava Metro account expiring soon and you have not seen a renewal reminder email?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you may need to add the email address: no-reply-metro@strava.com to your email account's approved list. We only send out occasional emails, including important updates like email verification, terms updates, etc. If you have tried the previous step and are still not receiving our emails, there may be a server-side block in place coming from your organization’s email client.
