After your Strava Metro account has been approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for logging in to Metroview. This email includes a link to access the platform and complete your initial login.
If you’re having trouble finding the welcome email, we recommend adding no-reply-metro@strava.com to your approved sender list or contacts. This helps ensure you receive important account-related emails from Strava Metro.
Metroview can also be accessed directly through the Strava Metro website. If you already have an account and are unable to log in, you can use the password reset option on the login page.
